1. Who we are
East Bay Ads ("East Bay Ads," "we," "us," or "our") is a performance marketing agency located at 2232 Dell Range Blvd., Suite 245, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009. This policy explains how we handle information through our website, client services, and internal advertising-management tools, including tools that use the Google Ads API.
2. Information we collect
- Website and device information. Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, and security events. Cloudflare Web Analytics may collect aggregate page-performance and usage metrics.
- Communications. If you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company information, and the contents of your message.
- Google Ads information. When an authorized advertiser links a Google Ads account to East Bay Ads, our tools may access account identifiers, campaign and budget settings, ad groups, advertisements, keywords, audience and geographic targeting, conversion configuration, recommendations, and advertising performance metrics.
- Authentication and authorization information. We process the credentials and permissions needed to authenticate our systems and confirm that an account owner or authorized manager has granted access.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve our marketing services; create, configure, manage, analyze, and report on advertising campaigns; research keywords and recommendations; respond to communications; maintain security; troubleshoot our systems; and comply with applicable law and platform policies.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the advertising-management services authorized by the relevant account owner.
4. Google API data
East Bay Ads' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Google Ads access is limited to accounts that have been explicitly linked to, or otherwise authorized for, East Bay Ads. An account owner or administrator can revoke that access through Google Ads account access settings.
5. When we share information
We may share information only as needed with:
- the client or advertiser that owns or administers the relevant advertising account;
- service providers that support hosting, security, cloud infrastructure, analytics, and campaign operations under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations;
- Google and other advertising platforms when necessary to perform actions authorized by the account owner; and
- government authorities or other parties when required by law, necessary to protect rights or safety, or connected with a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and the client relationship. Clients may request deletion of information that we control, subject to legal, security, backup, and recordkeeping requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in transit and at rest. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also revoke East Bay Ads' access to a Google Ads account at any time through that account's access settings. To make a privacy request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant account.
9. International processing
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
10. Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. If a material change affects how we use Google user data, we will provide any additional notice or consent required by applicable policy or law.
